Families from across Vidarbha can visit our clinic, and our online home programs reach families in other Indian cities and abroad. Wherever you live, you can get guidance from an experienced paediatric occupational therapist for learning disability, ADHD, autism, handwriting and focus.

Online support for families anywhere in India and abroad

Our online home programs are designed for busy families. You do short activities with your child at home, and Dr. Megha guides you on WhatsApp. It works the same whether you live in Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru or Delhi, or are an Indian family living in the Gulf, the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia or Singapore.

  1. Message us on WhatsApp. Tell us about your child. No long forms.
  2. A short chat about your child. We understand what is hard at home and at school.
  3. Your home program. A personalised plan with simple weekly activities.
  4. Check-ins. Share photos, videos or questions on WhatsApp. We review progress and adjust the plan.

Guidance is available in English, Hindi or Marathi. Because most support happens on WhatsApp, time zones are rarely a problem. You can also pay securely online.

What works well online, and what needs the clinic

  • Works well online: focus and homework routines, reading and handwriting activities, planning and organisation, screen-time habits, and parent coaching for ADHD, autism and learning disability.
  • Best done in person: hands-on sensory integration therapy and detailed motor assessments. If you live far away, a short clinic visit for an assessment can be combined with online follow-up.

Start with an online screening, from anywhere

Not sure where to begin? Our self-screening tests can be filled in from home, wherever you live. Each one costs ₹350 and your report is emailed to you, with no appointment needed.

See all tests in our Quick Assessment Corner.

Frequently asked questions

Do you only see children who live in Nagpur?

No. Families from anywhere in Vidarbha or nearby districts of Madhya Pradesh are welcome at our Nagpur clinic, and our online programs support families anywhere in India and abroad.

Does online occupational therapy really work?

For many goals, yes. Focus, homework routines, handwriting, planning and daily habits can all be built at home when parents get clear, regular guidance. Hands-on sensory integration therapy is better done in person.

Which languages do you work in?

English, Hindi and Marathi, whatever is most comfortable for your family.

We live abroad. How do time zones work?

Most guidance happens on WhatsApp, through messages, photos and short videos, so you don't have to be online at the same time as us. We agree on check-ins that suit your schedule.

Can we come for one assessment and then continue online?

Yes, ask us about this on WhatsApp. For families from outside Nagpur, a mix of an in-person assessment and online follow-up is often the most practical option.

How do I start?

Send a WhatsApp message to Dr. Megha on 8888596457, or call the clinic on 8446402370. Tell us your child's age, where you live and your main concern.
